IWEI is a definitive list that showcases the best employers in India for LGBT+ employees, featuring 120 organizations this year. The index categorizes organizations on the basis of their commitment to creating inclusive workplaces across their operations in India. It also serves as a powerful benchmarking tool, enabling organizations to navigate the challenges of upholding inclusive values and making consistent progress toward LGBT+ equality within their workplaces. 

IWEI is the first of its kind in India, a version of the Stonewall UK Workplace Equality Index, a leading benchmarking tool for LGBT+ inclusion in the workplace.
