The success fee will ONLY be paid out if the candidate successfully completes the mandatory lock-in period.

Taxes (as applicable) will be deducted from the success fee before pay out.

You will be intimated if your referral is placed successfully.

The success fee amount will be as specified in the JD’s T&C.

The success fee will be paid on completion of 3 months of the candidate on the job (this time period may vary based on the JD, and  the time period mentioned on the JD takes precedence over this document)

Refer only suitable profiles, there might be penalties if your referrals get consistently rejected. The penalty quantum and criteria may differ from case to case and is at the sole discretion of Taptic.

Certain clauses in the T&C may vary based on the JD, and clauses mentioned on the JD takes precedence over this document. For clauses that are not mentioned in the JD’s T&C, this document will be the authority.

In case of any disputes regarding the source of the profiles, payout or any other parameter, either between two referrers or the referrer and a third party company, Taptic will be the final decision-making authority to take a call on the outcome.

Taptic’s decision on all disputes and decisions will be final and binding

This T&C and the JD’s T&C are subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of Taptic. In the event this happens, the final T&C will be considered valid and binding.
